At a certain point in my life I realized I was meeting too many people who desperately wanted to be someone else. More then anything this makes me sad. I wanted a way beyond declamation to share with people the power of self-love. So I developed a very simple yet very powerful practice on self-love which I would love to share with you!

Close your eyes and imagine going to a land where the things most highly prized are the very things that you happen to possess. For instance, if you are short…then in this land, shortness is the most ideal size…if you have red hair, then red hair is considered the most beautiful of colors…if you are a dreamer, then dreamers stand at the top of the social and economic ladder…if you are a runner, then running is the most acclaimed activity. Now soak in the sensation of being absolutely accepted, appreciated, and admired.

This is the land for you, literally for you. Realize that you carry around that land inside of you. Inside, You are the best of you, however, whoever, you are. Now visualize, inch by inch that inner land starts stretching, spreading, seeping out from within you, until it completely surrounds.it becomes the real world around you as well. Open your eyes and believe it, and it will be.
