Listen to this beautiful audio recording from the World Spirituality Retreat in Esalen 2013 with Sally Kempton and Marc Gafni.
The audio starts with Sally Kempton ending a meditation.
While holding the energy, Marc dives right into his dharma talk on the 3 Faces of God and the practices for each of them:
He points out that prayer is not dogma. The 2nd Person of God can be experienced in prayer like the 1st person can be experienced in meditation. “The God you don’t believe in doesn’t exist,” Marc says.
He tells a beautiful story about the Baal Shem Tov, one of his lineage masters, also called the Master of the Good Name, and then leads the group into a guided meditation, prayer, and chant.
Enjoy!
